Air Treatment is an industry leader in the HVAC industry as a manufacturers rep. They purchased a 50,000 sq ft industrial building in a nondescript area within Brea, California. With a negotiated agreement, Bolé International worked hand-in-hand with Air Treatment, from the programming phase to the final punch list phase.

Bolé International oversaw every aspect of the project including the selection of general contractor, furniture vendor, the artwork, and the audio visual details. The office component was approximately 22,000 sq ft with a tasteful front façade renovation, a new lobby, training and conference rooms, an expansive office space, and an inviting fitness center.
